SHIPPING  

All stock- and custom-made product orders are shipped either by DHL or with the local post service. Once you place an order for a stock product you will receive a tracking number via e-mail. For custom-made pieces please checkout the Terms & Conditions page here.

Shipping time for stock products - up to 7 business days (EU), up to 14 days in other countries.

In the case you opted for DHL transport, the package should arrive to your door. If the courier doesn’t find you at the indicated address, you will receive a notification, and you will have to pick up the package from the Post Office*. 

*For countries outside the EU, certain taxes and custom fees may apply depending on your country region.

 

Free shipping available only on selected items and/or part of discounts.

Most orders are shipped the next business day after they are placed. You can verify this status with the confirmation e-mail you receive after placing the order. 

 

Delayed orders

Your order may be delayed if your shipping address is different from your billing address (we use this additional time to help ensure the security of your credit information).

We ship internationally to 90 countries with DHL Express:

SHIPPING COST

Shipping cost may vary depending on your order and your region. This cost will be communicated to you when you finalise your order. Shipping costs - local (AT) € 7, worldwide € 20-25 depending on the destination and additional taxes.

 

PAYMENTS

Payment options: PayPal, Stripe (credit/debit card), Klarna (installments), bank transfer, cash on delivery (in very rare cases).Orders which are paid by bank transfer get a 2% discount if the payment is made within 24 hrs after confirmation. On special occasions and holidays we offer discounts up to 50%. Faithful unique customers (who placed at least 5 orders on our shop) get a 15% discount for the next 6 months. This will be confirmed via mail.

Any attempt to trick this offer will remove you from our discount list and you will not benefit from our discounts any longer.

 

 

RETURN POLICY

Once you have placed an order you have 24 hours to change your mind, ask for minor changes to the product or additional information. Once this time has expired there will be no possibility for changing or cancelling the order. Please notify us in an e-mail the reasons you decided to cancel. 

All stock items purchased from our online store are subject to free return policy within maximum two weeks from arrival. A return form will be attached to your order but we kindly ask you, before you decide on returning, provide us a reason via e-mail or WhatsApp. 

Please note: all orders should be returned using the original packaging, return form and invoice attached. We advise you to keep the proof of return shipping.
